Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Payments refunded (less $30 admin fee) upon acknowledged receipt of 72 hours notice in off-peak travel times and 30 days for peak holiday periods between Christmas and end of January.

Failure to arrive for a booking will result in deduction of an amount equal to the total first night accommodation from the credit card provided by the client to confirm the booking.  This transaction will occur on the day following the fist nights booking.

 

During Peak Season (Thursday before Good Friday to Tuesday after Easter Monday) a minimum stay of 2 nights is generally applied.
